Ive had enough!!!! I just smoked what will hopefully be my last cigarette!
My nose feels dirty and i can feel it clogged with cigarette smoke, i have the worst indigestion in the world, my clothes stink and my new car reeks, the faberic is stained with tabaco all ready, god knows what my lungs look like, but they feel "dirty" i have a headache and im dizzy! why on earth have i been smoking for 7years? THIS ENDS HERE!

Good choice! Remember how bad you're feeling now and draw on this whenever you have the urge.
