The Coughing,,,,,,

Just to let you all know, I quit the smokes due to my coughing and ill health, then took it up again. Well since I smoked that first cigarette, I coughed so hard I now have a hernia. I was so stupid....

The pain I'm now in is nothing compared to anything.....I'm only 48 and now have to have this hernia operation all because I picked up 'that smoke' Obviously I now have to quit(Praise the whoever!!!) Please don't smoke, I do, I did, I learn't................I got off lightly with the hernia, my mate didn't, he got lung cancer..............
