breath and live longer
well this is my day 1...out comes the roller coaster ride....Lord give me strength...and the site too.
Indeed the Lord can give you strength Purple trust the Lord and obey, I will do the same thing together we can bust this smoking racket.
We all start at day one and have pride when we come back and can boast 30 days then 50 days smoke free etc.

the mornings are the worst; can do well doing the day,keeping active....then the night becomes hard again...
Hey Purple just checking out all the old bodies trying to turn there lives around you have just started the best trip of your life may it be hard to say no just one more I know what the morning was like must have that one with a cuppa a good cough then of to work couple before you start then how long before smoko . The nights well I started to ride my bike after tea for 1 hr we are a bit lucker than most as i Live on the coast in QLD so nice just riding along the water front good clean air . After the first couple of day things change you start to smell things that you have missed & the taste is even better THERE must be somthing that you can focus on as a goal see my photo this is my first Great Grand Son Born 1st APRIL this year I wish to see grow up God Willing I may see my first Great Great Grand Child Born even though they will proable have to change both our nappies at least I will still be there
JUST REMEMBER ONE DAY AT A TIME thats all it takes you may fall but get straight back its not that you failed its just a slight detour just carry on as if you didnt stop everyone slipes the trick is not to dwell on it. All the best keep us posted its JUST ONE DAY AT A TIME
hello Chrisco, thank you for your support and yes i did let the temptation get the better of me, i know that i will beat the cigarette and am not beating myself up for it nor worry that i failed...One day at a time...i am using the patches and cigarettes taste awful which is a great thing as now i recall how they taste and the reasons why i am turning my life around and it is the same reason to live a better quality and god willing a longer life to hope to see my great grand children..i am a grand mum to one girl age 8 and half years old, my pride and joy..congradulation on your great grand child..
