Well done Chrisco,

You've already done the hardest part, now it's just staying on track. Just stay focused, keep strong and no matter what do not put a cigarette in your mouth and light it. It really is as simple as that.

The rest is willpower.

Congrats on the new baby, and all the best on your quit journey and your camping journey.

Good luck xoxox

Good luck - I am on day 161 - so much easier on the road if not having to worry where to buy that next pack of ciggies.

Chrisco, well done and please keep us up to date on your progress. My only suggestion is to read all the posts. I've found strength in those who are months into quitting and those who are like me, only days or weeks. Also the posts of those who are doing it tough and the ones who aren't.

All good whichever way you look at it. Thanks.

Pauly.
