22 days smoke free
I quit the yucky smokes 22 days ago with the help of Champix & I couldn`t be happier...... I smell great, I can stand near people without being worried about how I smell,I love the way my family are so proud of me, I now have money left at the end of the week which is being put into a holiday fund and I am now not coughing in the mornings plus I can get up the hills on my daily walks without getting puffed..... FANTASTIC!!!
My willpower was tested this week when I found 2 packs of cigs in a drawer, I had the good angel fighting with the bad one for about 10 minutes, but guess what good won when I ripped both packs to shreds, felt great afer that.
Have to say part of my sucsess so far is due to all the fabulous people and stories on this website, you all keep me inspired and I can`t wait to check in every morning. Good luck to you all. Will keep you posted on my quit journey.
Im glad to see champix is working for other people, Im only 3 days since quitting but it seems that champix is working wonders blocking the cravings and withdrawrals.
hey bluenaite Im 3 days on Champix too, cravings arn't too bad much better than I expected, hope it stays like that it will help heaps!!
