I have tried to quit a couple of times.
I have recently come out of a relationship, so a huge motivator for me is to become the best i can be, which includes becoming healthier, fitter an smoke free. I have also recently moved into a new place, which soon, will have a pool an gym an just an all around better lifestyle.
I know that working in an office job, i use smoking as an excuse to go have a break, get out of the office and "breathe", usually the place i tend to smoke the most. Hopefully replacing the habit with bit of fruit an a walk will do the trick as well as lots of water.
I can become a moody B!t#$ when i dont have smokes for a long period, so trying to avoid those will be hard.
Anyways i dont know what more to say, but *fingers Crossed* - i am so over being a slave to the smoke an am looking forward to breathing easier.

Good luck, if anything is worth fighting for it's our health and well being. Just try and stay focused and as for being moody, well what's a few swear words here and there. I am going to have to take the healthy approach myself as the weight is piling on already.
