Time to say goodbye old friend

Well its Friday night and I have chosen the 1st of October, tomorrow, as my quit date.

Why? because its expensive, its anti-social and most importantly, I am 41 and have had bronchitis twice in the last 6 weeks and have been feeling bloody awful.

So I suppose after 23 years of smoking a pack a day that maybe its time to give up.

Havent really tried properly before so here goes!
