why stop?

iv been smoking since i was 17 , the first day of uni,im now 33,and smoking free for 3 weeks now,,once we were setting down me, my wife and my 2 daughters at relatives place, we were v happy and suddenly one of the people she was a woman starts coughing really bad and she ran to the bathroom , we followd her and all that we saw blood coming out of her mouth"her throught" ....after i saw that.....next day i went got champix and i resisted alot of temptation ,every time i feel like a cigi i remember her coughing....never never never again i wana smoke,,,,i wana live 4 my family and my 2 beautifull daughter,,,every 1 ....resist the cigarette i know its is the hardest thing but stop now before a doc forces u 2 stop......i wish u all the best .
