It's Time

It's time,I have had enough ! I have been contimplating quitting all week, tried Monday, though really suffered mentally ! Thus I failed and was so hard on myself ! The 11th of March is the day- now that I have read through many blogs on this site.
Mentally-I am inclined to think that this is going to be the most difficult part not smoking. I am confident that patches will suit my chemical cravings though have to come up with some strategies of some sort to cope with the Mental dependancy. I have a plan to exercise, read more though I don't feel that deep breathing is GOING to get me through the stress's of my job and when things all get too much for me.
This will be fith attempt and it will be my last. I tried Champix last year and have done the patches in the past. I am now 38, it seems to me the older you get the harder it is to quit ? I need to be mentally strong, confident and determined to rid at the end of the day a really bad, expensive, un healthy habit.
I am happy to find this site and will use it as a tool in helping be become smoke free.
