I have been breathless doing anything requiring a little effort, my pockets are also empty, I do not have much to say yet except good luck to me, and everyone else in the same boat!!

I feel your pain, it's just so hard to stop smoking. The thing I find astounding is the effort I put into wanting/wishing for a smoke- Pathetic. I am determine to beat it this time. I've had several attempts. My 5 year old asked me why I smoke when everone knows it's bad. IT IS TIME FOR ME TO STOP SMOKING. At least from redaing these posts I know i'm not alone. Good luck to everone on their smoke free journey.
