I want to but never seem to be able to.

I am 20 years old and have been smoing for the past 4 years. No matter what I do I cannot seem to quit smoking. There are plenty of reasons as to why I would like to quit but none of them really help me pull through. I can do good on my own for a while but when that craving hits its like nothing can convince me not to smoke one. I dont hear anyone I dont seem to care. All I am focused on at that time is to smoke. This seems to happen to me all the time and need help and ideas on how to truely stop.

Don't get down on yourself! From your post, I think your issue is that you're worried you'll be missing out on something. Seems like you haven't really thought about how amazing you'll feel without cigarettes. Think about why you smoke. Think about how it makes you feel, and be truthful with yourself. I'm sure you'll find that there are absolutely no good reasons to continue smoking. For me, it was really helpful to read Allen Carr's The Easy Way to Stop Smoking. He helps you understand why you smoke and by the time you reach the end of the book, you'll have transitioned. Good luck!
