19 days clean and how I'm going so far

Did you feel like having a smoke? What did you do to get through it?

I woke up this morning and noticed I automatically reach for a vape but then realise I don't have one so instead I put on some lip balm and had a spray of my quick mist. but today I started using the Nicorette patches I'm currently on 25MG. and I feel more at peace and noticed I had less cravings today than I have had since quitting and only being on the quick mist. I feel so strong to the point I can actually be around certain people while they vape and not feel the urge to snatch it off them and use it. I was actually at a friends place tonight and she left the room and I took notice that there was 3 vapes on the floor and one on the bed side table within arms reach and I didn't want to grab one I noticed in that moment I was in a moment of clarity and I felt so powerful and my will power is so damn strong. she did assure me they were all empty and she wouldn't leave me in a room with any that have anything left in them.

Have you noticed any changes in your health, mood or energy?

I'm currently coming down with something but I feel happy and I have so much more energy to the point I cant keep track of my thoughts or my words. But that is also because I have ADHD.

Did you do any exercise or movement today? How did it make you feel?

I didn't do much just cuddle my partner and go to the shops.

Did you have any cravings? What helped you deal with them?

I don't think I actually really had any cravings. I've noticed I'm not reaching into my bra to grab a vape that's not there as much or at all some days. I always kept in my bra between my breasts.

Did anyone support or encourage you? How did that make you feel?

my partner and my new best friend from TAFE.

What a great win! 🎉 It sounds like the patches are really helping, and you should be proud of how far you've come. Being around vapes and not feeling the urge to use one is a huge achievement and shows how strong your commitment is. 💪

It's also wonderful that you've got support from your partner and your friend from TAFE. Keep taking it one day at a time, you're building confidence with every smoke-free day. 🌟
