Week one done!

I had another great run this morning, knowing that quitting cigarettes is making a difference to my fitness and wellbeing is a huge motivator. I'm feeling grateful that I have a hobby/passion for running as it goes hand in hand with taking better care of myself. I found the usual triggers were easier today, it's not such a part of my routine now. I'm staying vigilant though. I'm positive and not doubting my ability to do this. I'm creating new habits and goals.
