Nearly a week

I ran 4.3km today! I'm rapidly heading towards my goal. Last weekend I was so excited to hit 3km. I'm still in that zone where I need to be very careful, the habit is still there, but it passes more quickly now. I know in a week or two I'll have replaced that habit with new ones, so I just pop in a nicotine gum and I'm fine. I'm going well, really pleased with myself.
