Starting prematurely under stress
It seems tha I may have started my quit journey too soon and under too much pressure. While I did try, this attempt has been unsuccessful in March due to being under pressure with travels, moving interstate and job search just to name a few.
I have not given up on quitting but have come to terms with delaying it for now until I get myself a bit more stable.
@Jacqs thanks for being so honest about where you’re at. When you’re ready to come back to quitting, we'll still be here to support you. Did you have a timeframe in mind?
Not at this stage. I have limited myself on where I smoke to make it harder for me. So not smoking the amount I was. Just 1 here & there to take the edge off. I am considering trying again on 1st April if everything settles down here.
