Starting prematurely under stress

It seems tha I may have started my quit journey too soon and under too much pressure. While I did try, this attempt has been unsuccessful in March due to being under pressure with travels, moving interstate and job search just to name a few. 
I have not given up on quitting but have come to terms with delaying it for now until I get myself a bit more stable.
