Frustration while travelling


That's a long stretch and harder if your partner is still smoking too. Long drives can be a big trigger for lots of people. If it’s safe and works for you Quitline (13 7848) is available by phone and some people find it helpful to talk things through while driving - but it can be tricky too with reception black spots etc. Either way, it’s good that you’re still focused on continuing your quit journey. Take it one leg at a time.

I am taking it slowly & not condemning myself for slip ups but continuing the journey with meditation app to help. I am confident that I can do this once I am travelling on my own from VIC to WA without distractions. I feel proud of myself for at least cutting down from a 20 pack per day to no more than 5..
