Focus on quitting


Hi Jacqs,
Thanks for sharing where you're at. It sounds like there's a lot going on for you right now, and it makes sense that focusing on quitting might feel overwhelming at the moment. Taking the time to recognise what you need and adjusting your plan is actually a really thoughtful way to approach your quit journey.
Many people find that life stress can make quitting harder, so giving yourself space until you feel more able to focus is completely understandable. The important thing is you are still thinking about your quitting journey and haven't lost sight of your goal.
