Hi Jatchat,
Congratulations on reaching day 3 smoke-free! That's great news. The first few days are often the hardest while your body adjusts, so it's great to hear that the NRT and keeping busy is helping you.
Keeping yourself busy and distracted is one of the most useful strategies, especially at times throughout the day where you would normally have a smoke. Many people find that doing several short activities throughout the day like going for a walk, or changing what they're doing for a few minutes can help cravings pass.
Please feel free to keep sharing how you're going - it can be really helpful for others who are also starting their quit journey!
