i woke up feeling dehydrated and have a killa headache but after a warm cup of water and breakfast i felt better within an hour

Hi @BeeNice2me - headaches and feeling dehydrated are known side effects for some people but that can still really knock you around. Glad water and breakfast helped and you felt better pretty quickly - that’s a good sign.
