Always quit ready

@Denzoe really appreciate you sharing this. Coming back here after speed bump shows how much quitting matters to you. The holidays and stress can make things harder, but your progress definitely isn’t lost. When you’re ready to try again, what do you think would help the most?
All are just excuses to smoke, my friend not "reasons".
It all part of that Junkie Mind Thinking.
Quitting for me was a living Hell; but I willtell you in my same smokeless breath, Quitting that smoking was the best thing I ever did for myself.
Having smoked 2 packs a day for 40 years, on April 14th, 2006 at exactly 3:30 pm I put out my Last Cigarette and never looked back; Free to this very day!!!
In the end, I needed to face the Hard Truth; all those failed quits before were not because I "can't quit", but because I "won't" quit. Not because I "couldn't quit", but because ""I wouldn't.
