I'm weaning my lozenges which I've been on 3and half years talked to quitline and they suggested to go on patchesbeing on lozenges ironically leads me to smoking one or two I'm looking forward to be free of nicotine addiction

Stay inspired and determined!!! I am only on day 22 cold turkey... I have ups and downs and when the downs come... they really come but not for a long time,,, just seconds, 1 minute at the most. Hang in there. I am not sure where the icanquit community is.. I see no replys to many posts,,, I am not looking for a response for mine, but it seems others might need a helping hand. Keep doing what you are doing and get rid of this nicotine addiction.. I am doing the same... we are drug addicts! Only trying to find a way to stop this addiction. Good luck with your journey...
