115 days journey

I wrote my quit experience after three months completion. Today reached 115 days of not smoking. The journey is now getting smoother. Still having some breathing issue, caught with the viral infection during spring start. After three weeks of suffering with breathing problems, today I got much better. I went for a small run this morning on the way to work. It was tough than when I was a smoker. I have accepted the fact the cravings will last forever, but the frequency and strength of craving is getting reduced every day. Biggest craving now a days, while waking up in the morning and rest of the day not even having any. Still a long way to go.

You are doing great ramuk. The cravings that you are still having now DO NOT LAST FOREVER! When you forget the idea of smoking, the cravings will forget you! Or you will forget the cravings as you enjoy other measures of enjoyment.
Yes, it is true that even after years, a smell or something can trigger a memory of our smoking days and perhaps a craving. I truly can't say as I am a happy non-smoker. My Dad admitted the fact to me.
Think positive ramuk and I am sure it will pass. Remember that you smoked for years and you are still in the early days. Be happy, be proud , be thankful!
