Today is Day 71 of quiting a terrible filthy habit that wants to kill you off before your days.

Stopped at New Years Eve, didn't think I could do it as struggled before. Well the only way forward for me was to go cold turkey...slog it out so to say...well it was awful tbh, by day three I was beside myself, short tempered, restlessness, dizzy feeling, onset of what would to follow be a 2 month cold. I must admit I couldn't have done many day three's. Well the time goes on and it get a little easier, thinking about the good it will do me, the most important thing I have to do right now in life.

It does get easier as time passes....think about the positives...I now breath better...I don't stink of that acrid smoke smell...so mant improvements. Well thought I'd just have a stab at sharing something and if I can do ot you most certainly can...Good luck to all!

Keep thinking positive, ......and keep posting. It helps to know that one is not alone and to also see others achieve their desires. We can do this!
