I stopped smoking 24 years ago .I smoked 100 cigarettes per day .I was 37 years old when I stopped and at that time my doctor informed me that if I contnied to smoke I would die before I reached 40 years old although he said that if i stopped immediately and didnt postpone quitting I would fully recover.I am now 61 years old and I feel better and healthier than ever.Do yourselves a big favour and quit the filthy bungers ! It will be the best thing you ever do !

Life is good and gets better after making the positive changes.

I quit smoking a year before a stroke which may have made a big difference in my recovery. Five years later I am off 2 of the medications due to exercise and a change of diet. (BP and Cholestrol). It can be done. And we most certainly CAN quit smoking. We just have to DESIRE and act accordingly.

Quitting smoking is the best thing that I have ever done too! It gave me the confidence to change other things too.
