Sweating

Hi im 29 years old and smoking since i was 15.
I decided to quit 7 days ago and now im smokoe free for 7 days but i am sweating a lot at night during sleep. And i wake up in the middle of the night soak in sweat, ive been like that everynight since i quit. Does anyone has same experience as mine? Thanks

Hey! Congratulations on going 7 days without smoking, that's already a huge accomplishment. I can really understand what you're going through, as I also struggled when I tried to quit. Night sweats are a common side effect when quitting, especially in the beginning. Your body is going through so many changes, and this is often a reaction to withdrawal. What helped me was tracking my habits and finding a way to better manage those uncomfortable moments. One app I found helpful is Puffless, which helps track progress and changes on a daily basis. It allows you to monitor your withdrawal.

Congratulations on your growing smoke-free days! Keep up the positive thinking and don't sweat the small stuff. lol.....sorry. Every one seems to have different experiences and while annoying, they do go away and in the long run are worth the pain for gain.
You are regaining your freedom and health. Keep going, you're doing great.
