Don’t give up giving up I’m on day 29 and to tell you the truth I feel like crap .

I deal with depression most of my life and giving up smoking makes it worse , but I’m still hanging in there , saved over a grand already that helps cheers

There are so many reasons to quit smoking and none to remain a smoker.

How many times did smoking make us feel worse when in the grips of a cold.

How many times did we stand out in inclement weather to get our fix.

Not only do we benefit financially, but in health and less worry about our future health.

We are no longer a slave to the nicotine addiction and no worry as to where we can sneak to to alleviate the cravings.

You have make 29 days. Be proud and be happy.

You can attain your freedom and better things in life ahead.

These cravings only last a short while in comparison.

Thanks happiness and well said, I’m feeling more

Positive today .

I do remember getting a cold and because I was

a smoker it always turned into bronchitis. I have to admit

The muck that came from my lungs the first few weeks

I thought I can’t believe I used to smoke and treat

My body like that for the last 40 years , let’s just

Take one day at a time cheers.
