schedule 30 Dec 2024

I am a 58 year old female. I smoked for 45 years. I had my last cigarette on October the 11th. 2024.

Giving up smoking was on my bucket list. I was a heavy smoker. I wanted to show those around me that as difficult as it was to begin with it does get easier to kick the habit. I am readily available to support anyone in going through this journey. The way I see it is if I can do it so can you.

Hi and congrats on staying smoke free! I smoked for 38 years and I thought I couldn't quit as I tried many, many times to. But here I am in the new year smoke-free and I've done it.

Yes, we can do what we put our minds to. Keep up the good work and help support others with your experiences. This site is invaluable to some which keeps me coming back to encourage and congratulate. I never thought that I could quit after 45 years either.

Stay in the right Mindset and never forget NOPE (not one puff ever)_
