Quitting smoking

I've been using nicotine mints from the pharmacy to help me stay quit. It is still hard when I'm around smoker's but luckily nobody in my house is a 🚬 smoker. Every time I smell smoke I'm reminded of horrible smell my clothes use to have, even perfume couldn't cover the smell of the cigarettes.

Keep up the good work and positive thinking Michi62. Think about the negative impacts of smoking and look forward to all the benefits that will be bestowed upon you with positive thinking of being free of smoking. You can do this!

To excuse one’s self from situations that trigger old memories is a key to success in the early days . As quits grow , we grow , and we learn what triggers we need to walk away from and which we can handle and perhaps that can vary day to day in the beginning just as you may or may notice the smell of smoke can seem inviting one day , repulsive the next . What’s great is we can walk away from those triggers to keep our quits safe . We don’t have to obey addictions command . We own our quit and that’s what keeps our quits intact . You are doing a great job of Michi . Keep going . Congrats 2U.
