Don't get on much anymore sorry I forget.

I joined 3839 days ago and haven't even touched a cigarette since, as the title says it's not easy but well worth the journey.

Everyone has different cravings and cracking points so work yours out and slowly increase the craving time and then go to a no craving place (hard but worked for me), the same with cracking point places but avoid if possible until cravings can be managed for you to stay quit.

Hope this helps all the best.

Congrats on your thousands of days quit. It sure seems like the permanent quit to me! After a time we don't think much about it if at all and the days just fly by We just have to remember we were and always will be addicts to nicotine and NOPE. Not One Puff Ever. I have to agree 100% ....it is well worth the journey.
