Good morning,

i’m currently at day 111 and have now finished weening myself off Varenapix(champix) while i have not shared any update since my first appearance on 30 November , i have been very active on here reading everyones experiences and journeys , when i discovered this site back in November i found it to be very informative and how important it is in getting the right mindset to succeed. Those on this site who over the years share their experiences they encounter during their own journeys I have found reading everyone’s current and past experiences especially those like Happiness who continue to post and comment years after they succeeded and are so valuable in getting my own mindset in the right place.

Hi 2befree.....and isn't it wonderful to be FREE. Free of being in search of smoking areas, of standing out in all types of weather , not to mention the freedom to spend your money on more constructive things. Smoking really is so destructive and only causes stress and unhealthiness. When we can actually accept these statements and stop making excuses to smoke, then we will. The Mindset is the most valuable asset when quitting smoking. , When there is a will, there is a way.

I am glad that your found your way 2befree. Thank you for the nice comments and I hope others find freedom 2

I do hope that you and others will "come out of their shells" if just to encourage and support others. Belief in oneself is also very important.

Congratulations on your 111 days start to freedom. I interpret that as WON< WON>WON. So awesome if I had a part in it. Thank YOU.

Good morning Happiness thankyou for replying over the last few months i have been reading everyone's journeys when I see the success stories of those one key thing i found on all the success stories is the mindset. and understanding that smoking is not just a habit but an actual addiction to nicotine

Yeah well done on 111 days, and the right mindset as you say has a huge impact on making it through along with help and support from these sites. My journey started back on the 5th September 2018 so a little over 5 years now. Really don't see why I smoked for 42 odd years, but glad I'm off the merry go round now. Enjoy your new nicotine free life.
