Feeling very average almost 2 weeks in

Hi all! I gave up smoking at 2 weeks ago now. I am 40 and have smoked for about 20 years. My smoking was never super heavy, however when I’d drink alcohol or find myself around others smoking, I’d smoke.
I have not really had many cravings or the “need” to have a cigarette which is great, however I don’t feel great (which I know is to be expected).
I have had a very tight feeling in my chest and lungs and have had a lot of paranoia and anxiety which I don’t usually get. I have also found myself to be very lethargic.
As I mentioned, I’m aware these can be potential side effects, however the feeling in my chest and lungs is adding to my anxiety and I’m hoping there are some others that can share a similar experience and let me know what I am to expect in the coming weeks.
Thanks all 🙏🏼

I am sure that many have experienced the same feelings both mentally and physically. Everyone is different, but should you be that concerned, I would suggest seeing your doctor. Sometimes things are not just a coincidence. Better to err on the side of caution. Once knowing you need not be concerned it will likely ease off. I hope this helps.
