Resurging Craving

Day 17 of my quit and the last two days have been hard. I've been having stronger craving than previously. The cravings distract me from my focus and mission. I have no idea why the cravings have intensified. My stress level is up a bit, maybe trying meditation would help. I also know that reminding myself before I go to bed and before getting out of bed that "I don't use tobacco" anymore is critically important.

Hope you are still resisting those persistent cravings and finding more focus on other things. Hang in there , it is worth it. Think of cravings as pleas from the nicomonster to feed it. You are in control and it is begging for mercy....Let it remind you that you are winning and will claim victory.
