Dreams can feel so real
I was driving today and saw a women walking on the sidewalk smoking. I have seen this happen many times but this time I suddenly had a strong urge to smoke. As I was fighting this urge I suddenly remember I had a dream last night I was smoking! Couldn’t believe I smoked in my dream and didn’t know or remember that I had quit. Wasn’t even the brand I had smoke. I was with some friends at a park and one of them was off to do something and ask me to hold her stuff. I sat a picnic bench and put the pack of Capri’s and some other stuff. Just pulled out a cig and smoked it. Urgghhh!!
2 1/2 years N.O.P.E.
I also had a dream the other night. I was at a party, and someone offered a smoke. I took it and lit up without a second thought. I instantly felt so guilty. Then I woke up, it felt so real.
