Quitting vaping
Hi all. Can anybody let me know why they started vaping. I started because of the stress of work and other challenges. I want to quit and I am looking at situations to avoid to help me succeed. Why did you start? Why can't you quit?

Started as a tasty, fun thing at first. Now I'm stuck on vapes because it's so routine, it's almost ritual. I've started treating it like a ciggy - only outside, never indoors. Out of the pocket.
