Nirvana

Went on to Champix on the 11th July, or thereabouts, quit at 8:30 PM have not smoked since. it's expensive $100 a box, but it sure is effective, largely no cravings, an occasional twinge but manageable. NOPE is my motto, Not One Puff Ever. One week, two days, 22 hours, 32 minutes and 14 seconds. 149 cigarettes not smoked, saving $234.81. Life saved: 12 hours, 25 minutes.
