Hi. I’m now over 7 1/2 years quit and thank this group for so much help. I went could Turkey after trying numerous other methods. I took a selfie smoking my last cigarette and went for it. Have now saved over $70000 and at aged 75 my lungs function really well. I really thought I was a lost cause and became saturated with nicotine in my body and mind and clogged. Smoked for over 53 years. Thank you icanquit and all my old quit buddies. Thank also the thousands of cups of exceptionally strong sweet black coffee which took the initial pain away.
