Approaching 2 weeks without a cigarette. Have put away $400 this fortnight. I am on patches but have gone 2 days without it. I have suffered from post nasal drip for many many years and can’t believe how much it has improved in only 2 weeks, probably 90% gone. I am also worried about putting on weight so started walking. Started with 40 minute walks and now walking for an hour. Not too bad for a 72 year old lady.

Glad your nasal drip is almost gone. I'm doing the walks everyday too but am still putting on weight. Will have to get some healthy snacks I think.
