Give up or else....

I have just been hospitalized for a week with COPD. My doctors words of "If you don't give up now you will be on oxygen at home within 12 months" are still ringing through my ears. The nurses helped me with lozenges while I was in hospital and having a big support crew in my first week of giving up was a godsend. I am home now and being the stubborn person that I am I will not give in! Have spent all morning making a plan and changing routines. Here I go!
