its been 24 days

I'll be honest I was quit for 15 years but I relapsed as I had a back problem and I was discharged from hospital and the first thing I did when I was back on my feet was buy a big pack of cigarettes, geez they are pricey these days. I got to the point after one month of smoking and I decided to quit again, its still as hard as it was back then. I wear step 1 patches and it works really well. I have been quit for 24 days and have save about $1000, so if you think you can't do it, you can!

I have no idea how much a pack of cigarettes cost but it sounds very expensive to smoke now. Well done on quitting again. 👏

That’s a great story, I can sense your challenge and your will to stay quit. I’m on the step 2 patch. It’s working really well for me. Not a single puff in 2 weeks and I feel happy about quitting.
Future challenges can now be met without resorting to dirty old smokes. They are so expensive and cost you so much too on a personal health level.
