Four days in

I’m four days into patches and nicotine lozenges. Cravings have been strong. Dreamt I was smoking last night with Bruno Mars! Found myself rolling up kitchen herbs in a cigarette paper and smoking them today. My dad says I should throw out my Rizlas, filter tips and ash tray. I miss cigarettes and the habit of it although the cravings aren’t as strong. Any support will be gratefully received.

Hi. I didn’t have my one cigarette yesterday and I’m not going to have another one today. Problem is it was something to look forward to. So I am trying to think of other things I can do or something I can have which is a healthy alternative.
Maybe you could do this too ? Make a shortlist of these things like: going for a walk
Making a smoothie or fresh juice
Watching a favourite show
The list is only exhausted by your own imagination
Even my one cig a day was keeping me in the loop it just ain’t worth it.
