Staying Quit at 79 days - just shy of 3 months!

I have found my quit to be the hardest thing I have ever done, I am 31 years old and had been smoking since the age of 18.
I quit Nicotine on the 1st January 2023 and am now as of today 79 days Nicotine free. I started my journey cold turkey and as most experienced also, the first week was torture, which carried on for some time.
Sleeping habits are slowly but surely returning back to normalish nearly 3 months in and I am finding myself feeling so much more positive about the things I usually found positive pre quit which is making me feel my normal self again! I have not got anxious or irritable in quite some time, am running for a good mile every day as exercise and not getting out of breathe anymore and I find after the first few months of being quite stressed I now can manage my stress sooooo much easier than before I quit.
One recommendation I would have is if you can do this without sleeping tablets etc then try! I was prescribed a sleeping tablet as quitting really affected my sleeping (this had never ever been an issue for me pre quit (I've always slept fine) and started on day 2 of quitting and intermittently got worse /better/ then worse again for the weeks that followed. The sleeping tablet unfortunately made me feel even worse after only a few days taking it and gave me worse rebound sleepless nights! Doctor quickly told me to stop taking it and that my brain chemistry would return back to normal soon enough if I bruted through it! I also tried CBT and meditation which has been very very effective with cravings, sleep and irritability.
Keep at it! it is tough not just for the first 4 weeks but the weeks/months following that, as you are trying to get over a habit/addiction that is a certain amount of years long! I have had to remind myself on multiple occasions when it has hit me hard that in the months that follow it really is your mindset and that the physchological side you can get through as well as the physical! it is mind over matter and to not pick one up! You can do this!
