Hi Guys,
I am just on week 2 of quitting and I am feeling good but the cravings are super intense. It feels like the first couple of days all over again but I am super determined to keep pushing through cold turkey. Any advice or tips would be welcomed!

Hi Sarina, I'm at day 52 myself and like you...week 2 was pretty rough. Don't give in to that dragon inside, he'll try and trick your brain into almost anything to get you to light up. I have been working alot doing jigsaw puzzles which really helps me to concentrate on something else. So find your best interest and just stay busy! I smoked fir over 40 years and .this is the toughest thing I've ever done but we can do it together! Stay busy , stay strong and don't give in...the cravings will pass!
