I decided to quit before Christmas and it was my New Year’s resolution to give up for good. Sounds corny right? Well let me tell you I’m 59 this year and I have been smoking for 45 years. Yep, I made the decision not because of the money, not even for my health really but more because I was so sick of feeling “trapped” by those nasty little buggers. My whole life evolved around smoking. It was the first thing I reached for in the morning, the first thing that I reached for in my lunch hour and the first thing I reached for when I had a drink. I‘ve had enough and I’m now 4 weeks in without a cigarette. I do use Nicolette lozenges at the moment but hey that’s got to be better than smoking! I am determined to give up once and for all!

It is a very common story with most of the ( heavy) long-term smokers. Now we, "dont smoke".

Say that to yourself, your kitty-cat or anyone smoking nearby and it becomes part of your belief-system or often called your "Mindset"

Congratulations to Tony , Penny and other;s committed to never smoking ever!!

PS I recommend quietly telling your subconscious mind "I don't smoke" to avoid people assuming (something-else?)
