2 and half year of smoke free life

Hi guys, I have missed my 2 and half year celebration on my 36 birthday so I’m writing now..
I have 2 and half year freedom of the smoking, and I cannot be more glad and happy for that.. I stay humble because I know from stories here, that you cannot let your guard down for rest of your life, otherwise you can find yourself hooked again very easily.. The way to freedom was hard, so I don’t want to do it again, never ever.. As from another story here, as a guy who stopped smoking on a abroad holiday with his son to keep that memory, I also want to keep in mind, that I quit smoking on my paternity leave with mine twin boys..
This site is incredible value because of all the stories, you can find everything what you need to understand what you can expect and what you should avoid in order to live life without cigarettes.
And how I’m doing? Very well, I still trying chasing my dreams, I understand that time is the top value, and I don’t want to waste it with pointless smoking.. Hope guys you will find your inner peace and allow yourself to see world without smoking.. It’s different, it’s beautiful.. 😊

Nice Achievement Matik_one! Congratulations on your 2 and a half years of freedom and change. We must keep our guard up, but i think it is also more important be happy about our choice andto acknowledge what better things have been gained. We have come to understand that we do have the power to choose and to win our battle against nicotine.
We can change how we choose to live, when we choose to change how we think about smoking. We stop mourning it's loss when we realise it gave us nothing positve.
Keep moving forward and don't look back! You've got this matikone.
