been smoking since I was 14 I am 53 now, I am now 2 weeks without a cigarette and going strong, if I can give up anyone can

We all think we are a hard case, and then find out that it was not so hard as we might have feared. If you think it is hard it will be, but when you believe that that is not necessarily true, then you might well be surprised.
I was over 40 years a slave to the addiction. Four years finally free and loving every minute of it.
