The anxiety!!

Not my first attempt at quitting but i got through my first day, with some help from my E-Cig and Gum.... i just hate the empty anxious feeling i get when i know i am not smoking at my usual smoking times.....

The anxiety will weaker and weaker, now it try you if you really want to quit smoke.. be strenght, do breatjer excercise, self talk as Ok, I now used to smoke now, but I don't, thanks.. make you emergency plan before light up, as such If I have craving, I will write story to icanquit, I will brush my teeth, take cold shower, talk to friend, go for walk etc.. You are strong enough to be successfull, you are doing well!!

Yep feet up favourite program on the tv, quick snooze, mush in some food; go sing at the kitchen window anything that gives you a 5-10 min panacea until the moment passes matikbis right they lessen all the time. Keep going 😀
