Be honest on what I want to achieve

I wrote myself a letter each day to remind myself what I want to achieve. I re-read them when I get the 'twitchies' with a reminder to be kind to myself in this process. My sign on my bedroom mirror is ' you only fail when you quit trying' It is what I see first thing in the morning, last time at night and during the day when I feel the need to.
