Day3
Okay, for some reason every time i try to quit with in a week or two i end up with ulcers in my throat. And i loose my voice it becoming a real pain in the ---. Day three aost over and my throat is getting sore. My throat feels like its burning which how it normally starts . Has anyone had this problem. Last time this happened i had to see specialist. And it took months for it to heal... Grrr
My sister got ulcers from stress when she was a wee thing.
Stop fearing quitting smoking and firmly make your DECISION. No one can tell you to quit, you have to WANT to. Find the want through our stories and know that you will miss nothing y quitting smoking. You are missing so much more y continuing to do so!
No one ever wishes that they smoked.
