Just update since 2020

Hello everybody! It’s been since 2020 I give my update of quitting cigarettes. I quit smoking until the begin of 2022. It was amazing I could breath again and my anxiety went away and all. But I slip and went to buy a pack because of course something in my life was very stressful. Im 5 days sober of cigarettes! Withdrawals are no joke feels like crap worst feeling ever but I have to do this for my health. I’m young I’m 28. It’s not easy but give it couple weeks and keep yourself busy drink water and chew a lot of bubble gum it will get better trust me. Cheers to everybody!

Good for you Jonathan.

You did it before, so you know that you can do it again. You also now know that taking up smoking again did not relieve you stress or change the cause of it. You now have the ordeal of doing it again. The first days are difficult, but keep busy, stay positive and look forward to being free again.

We live, we learn.
